Skipper on Bay fish n Trips found this attached when he pulled up the mooring lines
There's a reoccurring yellow tail and peppered body patterning amongst this population that I cant see evidence for elsewhere. It might be a trait developing uniquely to this group.
Found on rock platform at southern end of beach. About 5 years ago I found one on the sand still alive.
Found washed up on beach at Arrawarra mid north coast but unable to ID seahorse species - Syngnathiformes
