Someone help me identify please. I am on Santa Teresa Street between Tressidor and the bookstore. There are seven of these short trees with compound pinnate leaves and a smooth creamy pealing bark across from the Strawberry king stand. They are planted alongside the building with some Chinese privet shrubs.
Is this a grey pine? I’m on Roth Way and the museums are behind me if I am walking towards Palm Drive
With a label. Looks like it was sprayed for something. @sairus They wouldn't spray for gall wasps would they? I did finally find a leaf with a couple.
Planted, obviously, but rather nifty. I've seen them at the Historic Nursery Garden in Fremont too, in bloom- stunning!
