I taught ecology & conducted research on mammal ecology and population dynamics in the Northeast US for 30 years. Now I'm retired to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and involved in marsh restoration, bird surveys, wetland ecology, amphibian monitoring, oyster gardening, plant surveys, and a little marine parasitology. Always learning.
