I have walked in nature since I was small. I am a steward for the natural areas in the City of Carpinteria's parks. I am a docent for the natural areas of Carpinteria, the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, and for the California Native Plant Society Channel Islands. I participate in Audubon bird counts, CNPSCI field trips, and the SBC and VC Weed Management Area.
