I come to iNaturalist with the perspective of a lifelong birder who likes to take photos of plants and insects when the birds are quiet or not around! I am learning a lot. I live in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago and look forward to many iNaturalist observations from the surrounding forest preserves.
