Bird person interested in all life. Wintering in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas. In no particular order, I'm fond of cacti, orchids, butterflies and bombycoid moths, carnivorous plants, parasitic plants, bats, cetaceans, giraffes, elephants, mantids, odes, and other freaks and divas of the world, and I wish we still had pterosaurs. I am an administrator of the Butterflies of Manhattan and Gasteracantha and kin projects here on iNaturalist.
