Between 2008 and 2019 I developed an in-depth knowledge of the flora of the Pondoland Center of Endemism. Since then I have moved closer to Durban and now spend time exploring the area in which Rudatis did a lot of his collecting.

I am currently the Editor of the on-line journal PlantLife South Africa.
