I do a lot of macro photography (especially arthropods) and have a particular interest in arachnids. I'm a docent at the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District on the San Francisco Peninsula and at Stanford University's Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve.

I'm an alumnus of several Bugshot (www.Bugshot.net) arthropod macro photography workshops.
