I'm a biochemical engineer, a biologist, and a biotechnologist. My scientific interests are focused on phycology, macrophytes, biofuels, and genetic engineering. Although mostly amateur, I enjoy learning through research. In the field of biology, my interests lay in botany, especjally vascular plants but also mosses, mycology of macro- and microfungi, and entomology but I don't discriminate as all aspects of biology and ecology are fascinating to me! I also maddle in geology and mineralogy.

I also do a bunch of microscopy so I sometimes add microscopic characteristics and photos to the observations. If photos or techniques I used are not propperly executed, please send me a message and I'll gladly correct them if its possible.

Since I'm creating a small herbarium, fungarium, and an entomological collection, some specimens of insects, fungi and plants seen among my observations are being preserved for potential further study. Especially in the case of fungi, if there are no microscopic photos there is a possibility they will appear in time.
