I am formally trained as an angiosperm taxonomist as well as ecologist and worked as a researcher, educator and consultant. Forests, mangroves and rock outcrops are my main areas of interest. I have traveled and worked in various parts of India, especially western ghats and northeast India . Recent move to Melbourne, Australia makes me further humble, learning goes on.
