I am an ecologist who works in rainforests, kelp forests, coral reefs, estuaries, savannahs, and other amazing ecosystems. I work at the Nicholas Schol of the Environment at Duke and am an alum of NOAA, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Duke, Stanford, and Virginia. I survived #Leishmaniasis obtained during a research expedition in southeast Peru. The observations presented here are mostly from my research expeditions and from me and my research team.
