My two cents: P. relictus is an enigmatic species that needs more study.
The aedeagus differs from coracinus: apex less strongly scooped out and hooked.
The pronotum is usually longer, with smoother basal impressions that lack a strong external carina. Those characters vary, in my experience.
The last tarsomeres are usually glabrous ventrally. This also seems like it might not be constant.
