Found growing in the grass in yard. This is a first for me - I've never seen anything in Cyclocybe.

Habitat: Grassy yard. Growing singularly. Acer, Alnus, and Pseudotsuga species nearby.
Cap: Dark brown, very slimy and sippery. Margin was folded and wrinkled. Margin pale brown and in some places white.
Gills: Pale brown, attached to stipe. Decurrent/subdecurrent.
Stipe: White/pale brown, very fibrous. Base was slightly wider than the rest of the stipe.
Annulus: Present, skirt-like, white.
Volva: Not present.
Spore print: Brown.
Spore morphology: Ellipsoid.

Spore measurements:

Q = (1.7) 1.9 - 2.1 (2.3) ; N = 43
Me = 10.5 × 5.3 µm ; Qe = 2

(min-max) 43 spores measured:
Length: 9.74 - 11.52μm
Width: 4.86 - 5.65μm

Basidia: 2-sterigmate.

Some observations had spore sizes a bit larger than mine. I think I might just have a slightly different specimen, or I’m not calibrating my scope to a high enough precision. Very cool find.

PS: I have found observations ID'd as Cyclocybe erebia PNW01. Not quite sure what that specific species' characteristics are.
