Please help with identification.
Found in rock pools at low tide. Multiple round organisms present in this pool (largest and easiest to photograph pictured). Unlike other rock pools the few with these organisms had lots of the red/purple/ brown plant (pictured) and very few other things. Appeared to be soft bodied but I did not touch it or see it move in the few minutes I observed it.

A few washing ashore. Must have been a combination of a southerly-northerly-southerly wind.
Sail direction is right.
Many covering some of the Velella washed ashore. I guess they are under the small beach stones in the intertidal. Crazy.
Some had blue in the digestive canals.
When submerged in water they quickly drop off and crawl around.
~2 - 4 mm long
