Caught a handful of pictures in the thistle patch next to the beach and boat launch area in Pike Lake Provincial Park.
Not sure which species but it is definitely a Fritillary Butterfly.

Aphrodite Fritillary (Speyeria aphrodite)
A guess as this is outside my experience: Possible Greater Fritillaries butterfly (Genus Speyeria), orange, badlands, Grasslands National Park, East Block, SK, June 12/12. Location approximate. Nectar plant appears to be possible Reed's Twinpod (Physaria reediana)
Silver Bordered Fritillary , Boloria selene

I have deleted Observation 7785053 as it was the same bee as this one. The pic from Observation 7785053 has been added (plus one more pic) to this observation.
