I was awakened at 3 AM to so much noise in my bedroom wall, I wondered if a raccoon had somehow gotten in. When I got up this morning, I found this little guy on my dining room floor, a victim of one of my cats.
Window strike - collected by friend in paleontology dept with a collecting permit to add to UT's vertebrate Paleontology skin/skeleton collection.
Just by luck we found this little bird while turning around at a dead-end. Never seen one before in my life! We even got to see their little bobbing dance!
