I'm a Conservation Biologist with a focus on alpine plants in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, but have an interest in all living things. I work for the Appalachian Mountain Club's Research Department, with studies related to plant phenology (see and please join or contribute to our iNaturalist project "Northeast Alpine Flower Watch"), rare species conservation, changes in species composition, and recreation impacts on alpine environments.
