I was born and raised in the traditional sacred lands of the Manta people (Central Coast of Ecuador). For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the world of plants.
I am a vegetation ecologist and restoration practitioner.
My current research interests are changes in vascular plant communities in Southern Vancouver Island due to habitat loss. And the anatomy and morphology of Bursera graveolens.
