I grew up in Eastern Colorado exploring the ponderosa pine woodlands and reading Ranger Rick, which inspired a lifelong love of nature and conservation.

Nowadays, I am an environmental scientist and public health professional with experience working for the National Ecological Observatory Network and Wyoming Natural Diversity Database in Wyoming, North Dakota, Virginia, Maryland, California, and Colorado. Just graduated with my M.S. in Environmental Health and Epidemiology at Colorado State University's College of Veterinary Medicine!
