An ecologist at heart I am fascinated by the interactions of life and the physical environment. My research has focused on large native herbivores and their effects on ecosystems. I am especially interested in ground dwelling arthropods Currently I am teaching life science at the high school level and am working with students to launch a long term urban ecology project at a local park.
