The natural world excites me as I am a marine biology major and have a deep fascination with marine animals. My goal is to be able to study Orcas in Antartica and hopefully get to do some research with those majestic yet deadly animals. I am currently residing in Juneau Alaska , and they have a multitude of humpback whales that peak my interest for marine mammals even more. Fun fact: did you know killer whales (orcas) are actually distant relatives of the dolphin species ? which makes sense considering how smart and skillful hunters they are.
