I am a Hampshire (UK) birder and Naturalist, living in Romsey, where I spend much time at Pennington and Keyhaven Marshes and in the New Forest. I also regularly spend time in Cornwall and Gloucestershire. I grew up on the Isle of Wight and try to return as much as possible especially to St. Catherine's Point where I 'cut my birding teeth'. I am a keen World birder with a list of 6997 (as of September 24), probably the highlights of my global birding have been visits to Alaska, Madagascar and New Guinea. I enter all my bird observations to eBird (profile here https://ebird.org/profile/NjM3OTgw/world) with most of my UK wildlife records being entered to iRecord but most of my overseas records and UK records with photos added to iNaturalist. Other than birds my main interest is in invertebrates (especially lepidoptera, orthoptera, odonata and diptera) but the entire natural world fascinates me to the degree of total absorption.
