I am a senior research scientist, or systematic botanist, at the Swedish Museum of Natural History. I am one of the world's specialist in the tropical plant family Sapotaceae, especially in Australasia, New Caledonia, and the Pacific (publications available if you are interested). I have collected plants all over the world like New Caledonia, Madagascar and Hawaii. I have a wide interest in biodiversity, especially butterflies, moths, and beetles. On our 4200 square meter property in Knivsta were 1960 species recorded in 2020, which have increased to 2174 at the end of 2021. Abroad, I skindive with my family, and all images uploaded here are taken either by me or my son.
