Projektin Get Cumbria Buzzing! Päiväkirja

Bees’ Needs Week is an annual event coordinated by Defra, working alongside charities, businesses, conservation groups and academic institutions to raise awareness of bees and other pollinators. As part of our celebrations of #BeesNeeds we would love everyone to get out and take photos of as many bee species as possible between 12th - 18th July. Experts will be checking in daily to verify records, and all the records collected will contribute valuable data to Cumbria Biodiversity Data Centre, as well as national biodiversity record centres. This information is vital in informing us of current populations and distribution, helping us to target our conservation efforts more effectively.
