@blue_celery I will ask POWO about this. If the genus is accepted as such it has to stay like this but if there is a reason to include it in Anemone again i will do this with every species that has to be included there. Please do not swap only single species. The articles you quoted are from 2008 and 2012.

Please note that the name Anemonoides apennina does not fit the most recent phylogenetic works where this taxon is maintained in the genus Anemone nor it is in use in many countries. So, please try to revert to the previous name (Anemone apennina).
